At Visby Dairy, 55 people are currently employed, and we are now looking for a new colleague to join our Maintenance Team, which consists of eight people.

Do you have extensive experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment in production/industrial environments? Then you could be the key person we are looking for. At Arla Visby, we are now seeking an industrial electrician who is used to working closely with operations where quick, safe, and long-term solutions are required. You thrive best in the technical reality of the industry, where you not only follow blueprints but also understand the entire process's function and flow. You are part of the team that ensures that Arla Visby's facility operates as it should, participates in preventive work to reduce unplanned factory stoppages, and performs service, repairs, and project work.

Your tasks will include preventive and corrective maintenance as well as participating in renovations and new installations in the factory. The work is carried out both in the process facility and inside the area's workshops. The position includes both maintenance, renovation, and manufacturing tasks, such as

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment in production environments
• Preventive maintenance and supervision
• Electrical installations in existing equipment
• Improvement work and smaller projects with individual responsibility
• Documentation and reporting in maintenance systems
• We would like you to have experience or an interest in learning PLC.

You should actively contribute to ensuring that the work is carried out within planned time and cost frames and actively work on improvements regarding operations, QEHS, and maintenance activities.

We are looking for someone with good experience in a similar role, preferably within the industry. You are a trained electrician and preferably also have AL authorization, but this is not a requirement. You have good communication skills and can express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish.

Production runs around the clock every day of the year, and as an electrician with us, you will work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, with weekend on-call duty on a rotating schedule within the team. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
